On April 24, 2025, Li Minggang, the Chinese ambassador to Vanuatu, attended the unveiling ceremony of the online Chinese classroom at the Vaila Central School. The school's principal, Wilidien, along with approximately 60 teachers and students, also participated.

Ambassador Li had a cordial exchange with the students, emphasizing the significance of holding the unveiling ceremony for the online Chinese language classroom during the week of International Chinese Language Day. He said that mastering Chinese can help students make more friends, find good jobs, broaden their horizons, and encouraged them to study hard, make progress every day, and become pillars of national construction after mastering Chinese.

In his speech, Wilidian expressed gratitude to the Chinese side for their support, saying that it was a great honor for Vila Central School to become the first and currently the only school in Vanuatu to have an online Chinese classroom. He promised to make good use of this platform and looked forward to the Chinese side sending more teachers to Vanuatu to promote the Chinese language.

In November 2024, the International Chinese Online Education Company signed an agreement with the Wawira Central School to establish an online Chinese classroom at the school, providing live streaming courses to meet the Chinese language learning needs of Wawira students. The group's deputy general manager attended the unveiling ceremony.
